Lards.

Just the other day in Food Science lecture, Dr Siow was asking the class,

"Do you all know what are lards? Where can you normally find them?"

(Guess she expected someone to answer "the frozen goods in the supermarket")

I happily, spontaneously answered, "Hokkien mee!"

Everyone laughed.
