I just came back from an ICU workshop sponsored by Nestle Nutrition along with other doctors and surgeons from all over Malaysia. An awesome lecturer (Prof. Robert Martindale) was flew in from the States to give us this CME (Continuous Medical Education) in Sunway Resort Hotel.
One of the many things that I learned there (and amazes me) is that...
...GUM CHEWING CAN HELP TO REGULATE BOWEL MOVEMENT! (haha i know this is a good news to most of you)
Omg, I didn't know that!
Anyway, it was a good time there (2D1N). Get to spend more time and know more bout my new crazy colleague, Amanda :)

fun facts!
gums good for teeth a?
HELLO SAYUR!!
Surprised to see you here. Guess you linked here from sharon's bloggie eh. Anyway gums are not necessary good for teeth, unless they're sugar free la, or else they can actually cause caries. However, most gums are sugar-free now and they can help to prevent tooth decay (by cleaning them) and basically gums are good for your muscles around the oral area and to regulate your bowel too! :)
